Useful information
For freight transportation by legal entities, the following list of documents is required:
- Commercial invoice - 6 copies;
- International consignment note (CMR) - 6 copies;
- Certificates and permits for certain groups of goods, such as meat and meat by-products, fish, dairy products, poultry eggs, honey, cereals, vegetables, many types of building materials, timber, and others;
- Packing list indicating the name of the transported goods, their value, and the commodity nomenclature.
In case of difficulties with determining and filling out the commodity nomenclature, our staff is ready to provide assistance.
For private individuals, the following list of documents is required for freight transportation:
- Copy of the sender's passport;
- Copy of the recipient's passport;
- International consignment note (CMR) - 6 copies;
- Invoice, including: weight, quantity, and cost of the transported cargo.
We provide assistance in transporting your cargo by:
- Preparing the document package (otherwise, in the absence of necessary permits, certificates, or CMRs, the cargo may be returned to the transit zone with subsequent confiscation).
